Recently, we have shared some rather hands-on methods for your 2020-in-retrospect and for goal-setting.

While sorting through the old year and organizing for the new is all well and good, let's not forget to take a moment to laugh!  

In case you didn't know yet, laughing has been proven again and again to be an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. It improves memory, blood flow, and oxygenation; it reduces stress hormones in your body; it is a natural workout, and it quickly improves your mood (duh)!

This is why we love to post a chuckle of the day on our Facebook page every now and then!
