It’s hard to believe that this is the end of 2018. But it is.

Whether it was the best year of your life or the worst or anything in between, it is time to take stock of it.

Why?

Because to know where you’re going, you need to know where you are.

To help you, I have put together an easy-to-follow questionnaire inspired by the classic wheel of life diagram and the work of Mel Robbins.  I called it "A YEAR IN RETROSPECT".

Take some time to fill it up – make it an activity for your couple or family. You’ll be surprised by the insights.

I was.

I realized that I have a lot of work to do around my body, so I gave it a 5. I’m proud of all what it does for me, but it definitely could use some TLC – more exercise, less chocolate (argh!), and probably a serious look at my chronically painful shoulder!

Work has come with great rewards, this year. I love hearing your stories and creating my own business, but the learning curve has been steep.

Simply put, I had to building an unshakable success mindset for myself. I can't skip having clarity of goals, nor taking disciplined action, or being focused. Those concepts haven’t come easily to my creative soul. Being an entrepreneur can be unforgiving when paired with the wrong mindset – but seeing the fruit of my hard work makes it also an exhilarating experience. So I gave myself a 7 on the job front.
